Our program participants aren’t movie stars or celebrities. They are regular people like you who have struggled to maintain a balance of family, work, healthy eating, and exercise. For some, it meant changing lifelong habits. For others, it meant learning some simple new tips and ideas to incorporate good habits into their lives. Their stories follow.
