“I have enjoyed being a part of this program. I have seen some changes in my habits and I have become more mindful of what I eat and how much I eat. As a person diagnosed as having pre-diabetes, prior to the start of this program my daily glucose readings varied, but would be in the 117 – 125 range. Now when I check it I am in the 97 – 108 range.
